Our aim is to recruit young employees who want to learn a job and make a career. And who think it through in advance. As part of your job training, you also play a role in Polysius Junior GmbH, a "virtual" company that has to produce and market real products. Junior GmbH is a challenge for all those involved, as they have to put the theoretical knowledge that they have gained into practice as a staff member of the virtual company.
